Background
In 2019, The Swish Pro-Am came to fruition in San Diego, CA
Expanded to Phoenix, AZ in 2022
Offering exclusive premier basketball entertainment in the Summer of 2023
A Professional & Amateur (Pro-Am) basketball league
NBA Approved & NCAA Certified
The teams are filled with National & International Pros, College Players.
In 2023, we are anticipating approximately 450 players participating in Swish summer events.
Our Philosopy
Why Phoenix?
Over the years, Phoenix has become a hub for producing collegiate and professional basketball players. To stay active during the summer, most players in the area participate in training, recreation leagues or pick-up games at local gymnasiums. The Phoenix Swish Pro-Am League will provide an excellent showcase for top players and basketball fans alike. The Pro-Am leagues is a great vehicle for community outreach and for supporting national & local non-profits and charities.
San Diego
San Diego is home. The number of high level players that return to San Diego to live, vacation and train is tremendous. The basketball community in SD is close and has earned respect. With San Diego State, UC San Diego, San Diego University, Cal State San Marcos, Point Loma University, St. Katherine University, and 11 community colleges in a 50 mile radius.
America's most beautiful city also hosts one of the top Summer Basketball leagues in the country.
Community
The Pro-Am Summer League is method to help bring folks in the community together. It's an opportunity for fans and basketball lovers to get up-close and personal with their favorite hometown heroes versus watching them on TV or in a large arena. We are able to broker relationships, entertain and pass on some enjoyment to the young and old alike.
Support people's Dreams
Your support and contributions make it possible for young men and women to continue their training and play at the highest level in the Phoenix area. The community is able to see first-hand the players development. Our goal is to continue to help young men & women achieve their dreams.
